From replacing a worn-out strap and adding in a battery to repairing a damaged movement, our in-house team of master watchmakers can carry out a comprehensive range of services to keep your timepiece ticking as smoothly as the day you first laid eyes on it. They take great pride in their work, which is why generations of clients have trusted us to care for their timepieces post purchase.

We have more accredited watchmakers than any other retailer and we're proud to be a brand-accredited agent of luxury Swiss horology houses, including Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling and TAG Heuer.

The Watches of Switzerland Group has opened a new National Service Centre in Manchester – a city that is well-known as a hub of watchmaking excellence, being home to the British School of Watchmaking and many independent workshops.

The opening of the centre cements our position as the UK’s leading retailer for luxury watch services, with more accredited watchmakers than any other retailer. This includes support and endorsement from the likes of Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling and TAG Heuer, to name but a few.

The Rolex-accredited centre has been purpose-built to meet Rolex Geneva’s strict guidelines, with expert watchmakers and brand experience case polishers present, as well as support staff. Our unrivalled team includes craftspeople who gained their experience with the likes of Swatch, LVMH and Rolex.
